Upgraded Rides started with a simple idea: getting where you need to go shouldn’t come with a different price and a different experience every time.

After hearing riders regularly talk about changing rideshare prices, unpredictable availability, and never knowing who would be behind the wheel, we wanted to create something more personal and consistent. Our goal is to build the kind of service where regular riders can get to know their drivers, feel comfortable in the vehicle, and have transportation they can actually plan around.

For customers who regularly need transportation to work, appointments, the airport, or other destinations, we want it to feel almost like having your own dependable ride—scheduled, familiar, and ready when you need it.

Upgraded Rides is a small, family-owned business serving Raleigh, Durham, and surrounding areas. Our husband-and-wife driving team brings two very different personalities to the driver's seat. During the day, you'll most often ride with the professional, calm and quiet half of the team. At night, you'll usually find the more colorful and chatty half behind the wheel. Different personalities, same goal: making sure you feel safe, comfortable and taken care of from pickup to drop-off.

Our BMW comfortably accommodates up to four passengers, with plenty of room to relax and a panoramic sky view. We also provide thoughtful touches including complimentary bottled water and mints, phone charging, luggage assistance and your choice of music. Multiple stops, customized routes and waiting time for appointments or errands can also be arranged when scheduling your ride.
